Three days before beginning treatments clients are advised to drink at least 2 liters of water per day. This is so that the Ultrasound and Radio Frequency waves can target water molecules under the skins surface and so the more that are available the more successful the treatment will be. It is also advisable to do the same for 3 days after the treatment. Follow a low fat, moderate protein, low glycemic diet. Do some soft exercise (for instance 20 minutes walk). Especially after the treatment to stimulate the lymphatic and urinary systems. Otherwise the fat can get staged again in the same area. It can take two or three days to see real results from a treatment. Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized. No tanning. No hot shower (warm is ok), bath or sauna after the Ultrasound treatment.
The treatment is fairly relaxing and pain free. First, an in depth consultation will take place during which a treatment plan will be discussed and tailored to your own specific needs. We will record your measurements required and ask the you to sit or lie down depending on what area is to be treated. The area to be treated is discreetly exposed and gel is applied. The ultrasound hand piece is then systematically moved over the area you wish to contour and/or smooth by liquifying fat cells. Then the radio frequency hand piece is slowly rotated over the target area transmitting radio waves through the upper layers of the skin to the dermis, heating the dermis to between 40-45 degrees celsius without burning the skins surface. Your skin will feel increasingly warm in the treated area, but not usually uncomfortably so. It is important to let the us know if the treatment is becoming uncomfortable so that we can move on to another area used to massage the area to heat and tighten the skin. The vacuum hand piece is then used to increase blood circulation through the area and facilitate lymphatic drainage. Your measurements will be retaken and results recorded. Using Ultrasonic cavitation combined with radio frequency and vacuuming reduces fat cells, rejuvenates and tightens any loose skin.
Drink at least 2 liters of water for up to 3 days after treatment. Refrain from any alcohol consumption for 2 – 3 days following your treatments. Alcohol can prevent your liver from working to remove fats as it will make alcohol metabolism its priority before fat removal and could hinder your results. Alcohol is treated like sugar and your body will convert it into fat. No tanning during your treatment program. If you must tan, please do not do so for at least three days prior to your Ultrasound & RF sessions. Tanning may cause you to become overly sensitive to the Ultrasound and RF frequencies. If this is the case, your treatment may have to be suspended. Keep your skin hydrated and moisturized
A machine is used to disrupt the fat cell walls, which causes the fat cells to "leak" their contents into the fluid spaces of your body. From there, your lymph system picks up this waste material (the loose fat) and begins circulating it through your body until it can be processed by the liver and eliminated with sweat, urine and feces. The results are visibly noticeable immediately, however the entire process can take several days, and you will continue to experience results during this time.
The best candidates for our fat removal services are healthy men and women who are moderately overweight, wishing to lose between 5-100 pounds. You are NOT a good candidate if you are pregnant or nursing, taking anticoagulants, if you have a pacemaker or metal implants or if you have keloids, recent surgeries or severe health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, cancer or tumors, epilepsy, abnormally high or low blood pressure, hemophilia, thrombosis, phlebitis, tuberculosis, current infection or infectious disease, immunodeficiencies or a compromised lymph system. If you have any doubt as to whether you are healthy enough to receive treatments, you should consult with your physician first.
Results with non-invasive lipo will vary depending on how long the fat has existed, how dense it is, how hydrated you are, how well your lymph is circulating, etc. Immature, light and "fluffy" fat is much easier to eliminate than mature, dense fat, and thin lymph fluid will yield more rapid results than thick, viscous fluid. Statistically, you can expect up to 1-2" loss after the first treatment and up to 1/4" - 2" after each subsequent treatment.
Non-invasive lipo has a firming, toning and tightening effect on the skin and muscle tissue, so even if you have sagging skin resulting from earlier weight loss efforts, ultrasound cavitation will help. Of course, actual results will vary. We also have rf skin tightening as well for saggy skin.
You can safely receive non-invasive lipo treatments as often as every 3 days. It also depends on your needs and physical condition.
A single 1-hour treatment session can cover of an area the size of your belly, your inner/front or outer/back thighs, your buttocks or your back. Smaller areas, such as a double chin and upper arm flab, can be treated together. We recommended focusing at least 3 treatments to a single area before moving around to other areas, so obvious results may be achieved more quickly.
The answer to this question varies a great deal, as there are many factors to consider. For example, you need to consider how much fat you want to eliminate, how long the fat has been there, how dense the fat is, etc. Typically, a post-pregnancy patient wishing to eliminate a "muffin-top" leftover from childbirth may need 3-6 abdominal treatments, while a person who has been moderately obese for several years may need 2-3 times as many. Also, diet and exercise play a big role as well. Someone who makes a lifestyle change to be more active and eat better is going to have better results than someone who doesn't. The choice is ultimately up to the client.
During menstruation your body may be more sensitive to the treatment.
RF treatment will not remove stretchmarks, but it will minimize it. The RF energy helps rebuild the broken and old collagen and improve the surrounding and lighten the pigmentations.
Because you are reducing fat deposits you may experience some loss in weight but it is not a weight loss treatment. It is particularly indicated to reduce adipose fat and cellulite which will reduce circumference. Diet suggestions will be recommended to follow throughout your treatment program and will enhance the elimination of fat deposits and the loss of weight.
